Reliance Communications Limited — Unnecessary deduction of balance and never revert back.

Whenever I am recharging, balance is being deducted and even though I m having balance the calls are barred. When i call customer care they just give false promises that in next 4 hours the balance will be credited back, again in next 6 hours it will be credited. But balance is never credited.
