Reliance Communications Limited — Various Problem

Hello Sir, I am Amit Kumar Panja, My reliance number is-[protected]. I always faced various problem for 14-15 days in Reliance Network. Problems are-1. All time Network Fluctuation 2. Call is not connected properly, all time alert me 'network busy'. 3. After call connect a big echo problem is disturbed me & I heard my own voice then call is disconnected automatically. 4. Sms is not delivered to other number. 5. Internet Is slow, page is not opened properly. For these all matter I try to contact with customer care, but I am failure because customer care is all time busy for 24 hours. So Sir please help me & take a serious step against this matter as early as possible.
