After so many messages i upgrade to my wipod, they are given a link reliance communication r.com i paid 2699 rs, they promise delivered within ten days i ordered on 12th of july but they are not shipped and there is no information about my order, my order number leforazda, i try to call their customers care but that numbers are not working, please solve my problem, i think reliance customer care and services are worst

Updated by venkat battu After so many messagesI upgrade my wipod to 4G dongle by connecting a link which is reliance r. Com shop they offer 2699 rs, I paid through online banking they promise delivered within ten days, my order number LEFORAZDA, my date of order 12th July, they mentioned before shipping we informed to you through your Mail Id, but i check my order details in r. Com still they are not send my order the shipping information not update, they are not send my order, please solve my problem, i try to contact several times but they give numbers are not working or not lift, please solve my problem
