Reliance Communications — Main Balance Deduction | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, This is for your kind information that my mobile no [protected] is recharge by 95 plans on 19 January for with 3G data for 10 day. The whole balance was debited on 29 January from Main Balance account although I have saved the setting don’t use cellular Data in phone, in this regard I have approached customer care many times and phone automatically get disconnected on IVR Recording Call by saying that : thank you for Calling in reliance customer Care . I am not able to connect to Customer Care on 198 or 333. Same Problem occurred last time one month back, that time I went to Reliance Store and raised the Complain regarding not able to connect reliance customer care and main balance deduction and two day later amount refunded in my account back. Same Problem occurred on 29 January 15. The complain of same nature was posted by me in Earlier. This time again my account has been wrongly debited by Rs 150/-. I called up 198 to raise a complain at least 55- 60 times but every time my call is been disconnected this is a mental harassment. I am sick of calling Reliance...Please helps me in this matter.
