An amount of rs.50/- was deducted on 07/07/2016 at around 06:08 p. M. I didn’t receive any message regarding the deduction. At the time of deduction i was using my net balance which was available on my number. Frequent calls were made on reliance customer care from that moment itself but were of no help as they were unable to retrieve the details. 2 complain numbers were given on the following days but were closed due to non-availability of data. Complain nos.[protected] on 07/07/2016,[protected] on 08/07/2016. Then they stopped taking complains.
No particular reason was given behind the deduction. Moreover the status of the number after confirmed mnp (By 29th june, 2016) is also showing that of cdma, which is also problematic.
Now they are saying that they don’t contain details of more than three days in their system. This is completely deficiency in service. Kindly resolve the query at the earliest by waiving the deducted amount. Was this information helpful? |
