[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Mental torture from customer care and not terminating service | |
I'm a long time genuine user of reliance. My reliance data card [protected], stopped working in the month of july it had a very bad connectivity, i was not able to use for almost 15days in the month of june/july because of reliance switing the network to 4g, though i paid that month's bill. In the month of augest the service got totally disconnected and i was asked to upgrate to 4g and customer care / outlet persons promised the same plan would be carry forwarded in 4g service aswell. I bought the 4g dongle for 1600rs and after two days i got mail saying my credit limit is exceeded and service is disconnected. I was surprised to see the mail of my plan getting changed without any notice or approval. And i have written a mail / complaint on AUG 19TH, for cancellation of service. But till today the service is not yet cancelled and bills are being generated. And no one is bothered to disconnect or terminate the service having complained n-no of times. But only calling to clear the bill amount, also from the above mails you could notice the request to waive off the excess amount claimed and terminate the service. My Total Loss = june / july month net not working 750rs Cost invested for dongle = 1600rs I'm in an loss of 2350rs, but to my disappoinment still bills are getting genereated without any vaive off. Yesterday i received a call from one of your customer care from the number ([protected]), the lady spoke very rashly and gave mental tourcher to clear the outstanding bill amount. Failing which it would be sent to legal She also agrees with the statement reliance was only not aware of plans getting changed before 4g conversion, hence they have promised the same existing plan to be carried forwarded to all the old customers. She claims But now left with no other option all their old customers have to clear the excess amount of bill, no one can escape from legal / TRAI. She says now we are sending it to legal, you as a customer can't do anything (show proof of videos / mails etc) but it would be on our side. You as a customer will get to know when you face the legal consequences. I was suprised to hear the open challenge made. I have made the proof of recording of the lady spoke, can share it when required. Again, i request you to waive off the entire amount and terminate my service. Was this information helpful? | |

same problem here also... don't receive cal from recovery team(recovery will hired outsource). they cant do anything...
