[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Misleading information | |||
I had applied for an advance rental plan on Reliance Communications for Rs.11000 which included unlimited 3G internet access. Recently, I get a call from Reliance Customer Service and they ask me to upgrade the SIM to 4G connection and that I will be getting " additional 1GB 4G along with my pre existing plan o[censored]nlimited 3G". I ask them to upgrade my SIM and now they have only provided me with 1GB 4G and post use at a speed of 16kbps (2G). On several complaints to the customer care executives, senior executives, technical department and the authority appellate they have told me they cannot help me. An unwanted service "AskVPAudiotalk30Subs service for 30 days" has been activated on my no. and Rs30/- has been charged. Now the customer care is telling that I have requested for that service. It a complete fraud with the consumer.I am completely dissatisfied with service N planning to port all my reliance services.
