My previous complain ID: 1195238 dated 19/12/2015 & 1199298 dated 26/12/2015 regarding non functioning of my reliance mobile no.[protected] since 12/12/2015. Firstly I have recharged a 3G pack of Rs. 17/- on 16/12/2015 as advised by your customer care representative (198) and 2ndly I have recharged a 3G Pack of Rs. 15/- on 22/12/2014 as advised by your representative of reliance mobile store. But, still not in function. Your customer care representative contact me at my alternate mobile no. [protected] on 29/12/2015 and collect my required bio-data. But till now my mobile number [protected] is not in function. Kindly look after the matter and rectify the same as I have facing very much problem due to non functioning of my number.
