Dear sir,
I'm using the reliance cdma mob no.[protected] from the past 7 yrs, recently they have informed me to upgrade to 4g network, i have upgraded to 4g sim, from the date i'm unable to make/ receive calls and no internet service,
Daily i used to make and receiving routing calls from my office,
I'm totally unhappy with reliance now, please help me,

Updated by Swamy S till now no update on my complaint, i'm totally angry with reliance service now, without proper network why they are asking to me to upgrade 4G,

i have linked this number to my office, bank and all other transactions,
now i'm unable to receive or to make calls,

Please help me anyone regarding this, otherwise please let me know to change the mobile service provider,

Apart from that my mobile showing full tower network, but when i try from office landline to my mobile it will say mobile number is switch off,

i'm totally angry with reliance network now,
last month reliance customer care called daily for upgrading to 4G network, now there is no one help me to solve my problems,
i have sent the mail to reliance customer care, there is no response till now,
i tried to call to customer care, but no one is picking the call,

Please let me know what should i do now.
