I am your customer since last sixteen years and i am using your cdme mobile no for my offices work. Recently i received one call from reliance office, who was claiming that she is calling from jankpui office, advising me that now cdme system is going to close, she also advising me to change your mobile from cdme to gsm, i followed and given my photo and id. Regret to inform that last five days my mobile is not in operational, when ever i made call to any number, i got recorded massage "to resume the service please contact your nearest reliance office" i visited my nearest ashok vihar reliance office and once again gave my photo and id. When i contacted again ashok vihar office, i have been informed that they have sent the documents to reliance office and now reliance has to act. Since this phone is very urgent for my official work and on an above i am your very old customer, please resume my phone, and oblige. Dear sir,
In spite of your assurance hole day was gone and no body contacted to resolve the matter.As I informed you earlier that my phone ([protected]) is very important for my companies activities and it require to be operational at the earliest.
One thing I observed that customers are only to pay the bills only, but no help from the the Reliance observed.In my case, kindly note, I paid my bill of Rs.2684/-, even I was on tour to Nasik, i paid the bill from Nasik, instant, it shows the concern that how impotent is my mobile.
I would request you to kindly use your good offices and get resumed my mobile as it is out of working last six days.
Your early action will be highly appreciable.
