Reliance Communications — money debited from main balance

recharge of rs 150 done on no [protected] on 19 jan 15 evening and whole balance was debited on next day morning we had approached customer care many times yet they have given us only silly excuse that server is down or money will be refunded in 72 hrs but now they saying server is down we r unable to process what should we do for that plz solve our problem
