[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Money deducted without any reasons from my mobile [protected]

Sir, I am reliance CDMA customer with mobile no [protected]. On 21 Dec 2015. My balance is around Rs 717 and my data pack also activated. I checked my data pack on 21 Dec 2015 time 9:35:43 it show 305MB. Sudden after it show main balance is showing Rs0.01 I don't understand where my balance deducted. Please look into matter and refund my money. I sent email to customer care and appellant authority on email [protected]@relianceada.com, Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com before 10 days but uptill now no any response Regards SAMIRKUMAR V KANERIYA Alt.
