[Resolved] Reliance Communications — money deducted wrongly and blocked outgoing ccalls | |||
I'm Arun, my reliance prepaid number: [protected]. At April 7th I made 100 Rs top up and April 8th noon @ 3pm I have activated one day net plan for Rs.5 worth 30mb. At sharp 6'o clock I had remaining 6mb of data with Rs.84 in my main balance. After that they deducted my total balance(84 rs) for no reason I contacted cus care people 3 times and they gave me no response saying server was down. At 12am (mid night) I made a complaint (ref no:[protected]. They promised to resolve it within 24 hrs. But till now there is no response . I contacted cus care 5 times they didn't gave me proper reply. It's been 40 hrs till now I was not able to make any outgoing calls. Reliance you have to answer for this. they solved after many emails sent to [email protected] i also made many calls to cus care to solve this. i sent message to reliance in social network. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
