[Resolved] Reliance Communications — money deduction from main balance and not returning it | |||||
Dear team, With ref to service request no.[protected] i had logged a complain regarding the deduction of money from the main bal for internet usage. I had recharged rs 200 on 24th jul 2017. Then again i had to recharge rs 300 on 25th jul 2017. My net pack was activated of rs 348 in which i was supposed to get 1 gb everyday for 28 days. On 26th jul 2017 the deducted bal was returned to me then again it was deducted the very next day. I have even mailed you people regarding the same but no action was taken. Again i had complained on 28th jul 2017 with ref[protected]. They are saying they dont have any information regarding the things 2 days back. Iam really pissed off with this service.
