Hi Team,

My reliance number is [protected] i am travelling Chandigarh i received msg from your company side msg is :- "welcome to reliance punjab get free incoming low outgoing rate with oneindia prepaid pack dial 12902# or enjoy roam incoming at 45p/min without recharging" i dialed that i received facility but by mistake i dialed again same number and again amount deducted from my balance. then i called to your customer support but they was helpless they told me they can't send my second time deducted money how can your company do that on same time my money was deducted for same facility this is not right way please refund my money as soon as possible.
