Reliance Communications — My plan is for rs. 1299 and i received a bill for rs. 5150, even after calling multiple times at reliance customer care no one took my call | |||||
I got a bill for Rs. 5150, where as my bill plan is for Rs. 1299 Even after trying to call you for several hours and times no one took my call. i went to reliance customer care karol bagh even they didn't attend to my problem saying that the customer helplines numbers are not working from there side. I registered a complaint last month itself regarding my hyped up bills and even then no action was taken, though i was told that my complaint is valid and they would waive of somewhat around Rs. 3500 of my bill but nothing happened, and now my incoming as well as outgoing services have been barred. I am reliance customer since last 2 years using one your premium network plans. I would love if you get in contact with me ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
