Reliance Communications — my sim is not sent any messages

Gad afternoon sir, this is suneel I have a problem from my mobile number, my mobile number does not sent any messsages from my sim please kindly help me (already I can call customer care they r telling your number is baring service and we r taking action after 24 hours u r problem is rectified but my prb is solved nearly 5 times they r told that words )so please sir……………………….
