[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Need to block unwanted messages for auto renewal pack | |||||
Hi, This is Nirav, my reliance GSM prepaid number is [protected]. Om my this number internet scheme(Rs. 79) is activated. Before the 2-3 days of monthly renewal of this scheme, i am getting to many messages(at least 5-6 messages a day) from number[protected]many time different number) to renew the scheme. Once i have received this kind of message at 1am (Please find attached screenshot) I had emailed regarding to same before 2 months to [protected]@relianceada.com but did not get any response from their end, also i had emailed to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but even they are not responding for same.
