[Resolved] Reliance Communications — NEGLIGENCE IN CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE | |||
THROUGH KANCHIPURAM RELIANCE STORE IN TAMIL NADU TWICE I APPLIED FOR PORTING MY CDMA TO GSM, [protected]. BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. I WAS CHARGED 100 RUPEES FOR THE PROCESS. TWICE I GAVE MY PHOTOS OF TWO COPIES EACH TIME. I PRODUCED PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF. IN MEAN TIME OFTEN I WENT TO THE STORE AND ENQUIRED. THEY DID NOT GIVE SATISFACTORY ANSWERS. NOW MY NUMBER IS NOT WORKING. WHEN I CONTACTED 198 THE CUSTOMER CARE I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT *333 SECOND TIME I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT *222. THE REPRESENTATIVES IN CUSTOMER CARE WANTEDLY HARRASSING ME FOR I INSISTED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS PROPERLY. I CAN BE CONTACTED WITH MY ALTERNATE NUMBER [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
