i am using net connect purchased two months back No [protected]. On Ist sept I had recharged with Rs 797 and on 6th when the offer message received I have recharged Rs 999 for 10 GB. From that time the speed came down to 230 kps and no proper help available from your customer care centre/Reliance WEb World.
