Reliance Communications — Net connect cancelation | |||||
I wanted to convert my reliance cdma net connect to prepaid from postpaid. I visited the reliance store and they told they can't do it and cancel it through the customer care. I called customer care number hanging on for an hour to hear that they don't have the cancellation option and they get back to me. Want to know why no cancellation is allowed and why we have to pay the extra bill??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
