[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Net setter fraud

We bought a reliance netsetter from Reliance communications Office, Kadavanthra.The guy at the office charmed us into buying the reliance netconnect netsetter and had told us that it would be immensely fast and gives upto 3Mbps speed. hearing al this, we bought the device paying Rs.800. 2 weeks passed by and still we couldn't access even 1 internet page(not even google!) using that device. We visit the same Reliance office everyday reporting the problem, but the guy makes new excuses everyday. In the beginning he said its due to the address varification issue, later he said our address is at a non-possible place for billing., when we submitted another address proof(current address) he said he will fix the issue next day itself. next day we visited, he told me its a backend issue.., next day he told us their server is down..Irritated, we told him to disconnect the connection and refund us., he told us there is no option like that.!! and we still visit that office believing they"ll fix this issue or refund us!
