Reliance Communications — Network congestion / network coverage | |||||
Whenever I call to someone or someone is calling me I could not hear the voice properly and suddenly call is hanged up. When I have a 3G data and I used to watch the video using YouTube video is continuously buffering speed is too bad may be due to network problem. It has happened since from 2-3 months. I have tried to contact the customer service but unable to reach them due to huge network problem. Please take a immediate action as I am very honest and loyal customer of reliance. I am just fed with the service of network. If this is not resolve I will port my self to other service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
