Ref . Reliance number . [protected] Relationship number.[protected] This is to inform you that the internet connection is not available for the past one month. Even for last month there was no connection. I received a call som NMfrom you asking me to go to an authorised dealer and fill out a form for 4G . It was done. For the past several weeks there was no internet. I have decided not to continue with your service. I was given the connection with lofty promises. But there was no proper service. Kindly refund the amount collected from me for the connection. Without prejudice to my right to claim damages for your deficiency in service, I request you to withdraw the bill for July, 2016 served on me through Mail and stop further correspondence or contact.
