Reliance Communications — No internet connection in our area since 20 days

Respected sir,
Im using reliance data card, with out intimation in our reliance signals were disconnected. There is no internet connection or internet signals in our area since 20 days. I request you to resolve the issue soon. I talked with customer they asked me to buy new 4g datacard. I bought it but still there is no reliance connectivity in our area. Customer care doesn't respond and resolve the customer queries. Please help me.
