Reliance Communications — No network in reliance 3 net connect

I am trying to connect net through my reliance 3, but from last few days no network showing. it's really effecting my work. even i tried to contact customer services several time but no one picking call. can yo resolve this immediate? otherwise i have yo take other connection. please let me know asap.
