Reliance Communications — No network/poor customer service/unresolved issue from past 2 weeks | |||
Hello... My data card#[protected]. I am not getting internet connection since 07th of july and neither you telephonic customer service nor your email support team is responding to my complaint. I have escalated to issue to your appelte team and there was no response from thier end also. I am really frustrated with your worst customer service, it is very worst and no action been taken even in the past. On 25th july i was able to get hold of one of your customer service executive and i had a worst experience with her, she told that issue will be resolved within 2 hours but she is not ready to give the complaint number and it has been 24 hrs since then and issue is not yet resolved. You have poor and worst customer service team, who will be misguiding customers always. I can bet you people on that. I also received monthly bill on time, do you think this is bill for not using internet?????? go ahead and waive off my bill and this is to warn you guys that, i don't want continue your service.
