We had a Account Manager and he has quit now. We do not have any details about who is the account manager. We need to shift the E1 DID line to another address and we are unable to reach the Account manager. Help line, Customer care are taking us in circles without any results. All mails including to Appellate Authority for Karnataka has got no response.
