Reliance Communications — No response of my complaint no[protected]

I naveen kumar mobile no is [protected] prepaid gsm reliance mobile no had telephonic conversation with mr deepak pareda intreactive code is [protected] on 19apr2016 approx 6.50 pm and mr ashutosh supervisor interactive code is [protected] on 20apr2016 10.30am.
And ms meenakshi at rahul tandon's office on 20 apr2016 approx 10.45am and complaint no was being provided which is[protected].
This was compalint regarding my balance which was debited without my knowledge rs 156 approx and my internet balance which was 320 mb was also zeroed.As per the convertation with the above details i was being i was assured that my balace would be refunded and also my internet balance will be reversed.
I am waiting for the reply but nothing had been done yet please do the needful its very urgent.
