[Resolved] Reliance Communications — NO service from RCOM | |||
Its has been more than 2 months I have raised request with RCOM customer care and no action taken simply no reply and nothing not able to use service from 2 months RCOM 4G Dear Sir, I have informed you via online live support and email and on your website. Unfortunately your customer service is rude and no help or reply received for my repeated emails I have taken connecting just 2 months ago that time it has been told 4G will works if I buy CDMA WiMax device. Now I have been asked to buy NEW device again. This is not a accepted way of forcing customer to intilay buy some device and now asking again to but 1 more device. Its impossible to buy new device again and again. Requesting you to take immediate action and fix the 4G upgrade process. I am 100 sure there are lot o[censored]sers with similar problems.
