Reliance Communications — No service of new reliance prepaide gsm sim's

I have got 28/05/2016 two reliance 4g gsm sim's instead of old same numberof cdma sim's.02/06/2016 onwards cdma service stopped. But the new reliance prepaid 4g sim's

But they have no working from yesterday.
That is 6/2/2016.
They are noservice in service alert. Kindly taken my complaint and resume my new 4g sim' services as early as possible.
