This is last and final call from the applicant with regard to conversion of my prepaid connection into postpaid connection and the activation thereafter since three months despite having purchased flame phone for rs.4000, and complaint lodged with your customer care nothing is being done. After this i'm going to approach court of law for compensation and damages.
