[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Non activation of service

I travelled Abroad for one month. Before leaving India specifically enquired with reliance customer care that the sim will work without any issues abroad. When i reached my destination, there was no network, and even after repetative calls and msgs to the customer care, service was not activated. Customer care executives gave different responses every time.
