Reliance Communications — Non credit of recharge amount rs 999 in my reliance netconnect no [protected] | |||||
On[protected] I recharged my reliance prepaid internet connection( [protected]) online through My Services for Rs 999. using debit card. The recharge was successful and I got printed receipt of Reliance My Services. ( Receipt Number : AMIR82995269. But this amount has not been added to my account so far. When I failed to access the internet I approached a reliance mobile store at karamana, Trivandrum. They informed me that Rs 999 has not been credited to my net connect A/C so far.
