[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Non Refund of Security Money

Hi Team, Greetings for the day. I am Harendra Kumar. I purchased a Reliance GSM number on[protected] with plan 899 & I paid Rs 850 as a security Deposit. Now this number has been terminated on[protected] & I have paid the final bill payment on[protected]. I was asking to the reliance customer care team to refund my security deposit. On very first they had denied that they don’t have any security deposit then I have sent them my credit card statement for[protected]. Then they told me that it will be refunded by DD in 60 days of termination. I am requesting Reliance team to send that Demand Draft to my office address as my previous address has been changed. But they are not providing any solution on this & now 90 days have been passed out. Hi Team,

I have attached here partial communications with Reliance customer care and my credit card statement where you can find the amount Rs-1400, I paid to reliance communications on 26th March 2014.

That is as -
Activation charge - Rs- 250
Security deposit - Rs - 850
Three month refund security - Rs -300

My second concern is that my address has been changed now so I will not be available on registered address. I am requesting you to pls send refunded DD to my office address.
