[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not able to receive incoming calls after porting the number (mob no.:-[protected]) to reliance gsm from reliance cdma

I have switched my mobile number (Mob no.:-[protected]) from reliance cdma to reliance gsm as the cdma service is no more active, but after porting the number the incoming calls get the message that "the user is not responding" facing this issue from past few days.
Please have a look into this issue and do let me know if you need any further details from my end
