Dear sir, My name is Saurabh Kumar .My Broadband user id is[protected].My landline number is[protected]. I am sorry to inform you that from 8/3/2017 i am not able to connect to internet.I am totally fed up of registering complaints. No action till date has bren taken against the complaints registered. This is really worst service i have ever received. I request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and avoid such mistakes in future.
