Dear Sir, This is Himanshu Lashkari, I am writing this to you for complaint regarding not Providing service of "Roaming Pack - 26". I have done recharge of 26 Rs. to my two mobile Nos, to activate Roaming pack. I came to know regarding this roaming pack from your Promotional offer Poster at Retailer. Mobile Nos. are as under [protected] [protected] But, I did not get activation of Roaming Pack. As I have already spoke to your Customer care Executive, their concern officer and Finally in Appellate Authority. I get the same response, "We don't have any recharge option of Rs. 26 for Roaming". Now I am attaching a Photo of your Promotional Recharge offers. This Posters are available at many of retailers/recharge outlets. If you don't have such recharge pack then why you are Printing it in your Poster. and Mind well, This Offer poster is valid for the month of June - 2015. I am hopeful to get Positive response from your side and look into this matter.
