[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not converting mt cdma no into gsm

My ph. No is [protected].I made request to port this cdma no to gsm on dated 4-4-2016 at om enterprises, urban estate phase-2, patiala.But dealing hand of abovesaid agency/center did not comply all required formalities which resulted into rejection with donor rejection comment.She charged rs.110/ for gsm plan and i submitted id proof alongwith snap.She gave me assurance to complete the process within 48 hours.When i visited centre on[protected] to enquire my request.She told me that your request have been rejected.Then she gave me one more sim and promised me to accept your request within 2-3days.But nothing concretehave been done so far.I am in lurch due to irresponsible behavior.Please put corrective measure to retain the faith of contomers
