[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — not customer friendly service

Today rs.100 balance got debited. So I called 198 after a long queue got connected to suresh, he took 8mins to understand my query and then repeated the same version of solutions for next 10 mins. Then line was transferred to his tl santosh who took 6 mins to receive the call but didn't had any idea about my query. Again after knowing the problem he started repeating the same solution. There not isd call made from my cell.
