[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not disconnecting postpaid mobile ([protected]) upon requesting and billing continuously

I have been using reliance post paid connection (Mobile num [protected]) for sometime. I had to travel outside india for work purpose. Before travelling abroad i had dropped an email to reliance customer explaining them the situation and requesting them to cancel the connection. I got a reply almost after 2 weeks saying that they are sad to lose me and asking me to provide some information which i did on the same day. After that i did not get any response till now and it has been more than a month from the time i initially requested them to cancel. I even reached out to them on their facebook page but nothing has been done from their end. This is really frustrating and the worst customer care experience i had.

Can you please help me in getting my postpaid connection cancelled?

Updated by srinivasadki I am not in India at the moment and will not return to India this year. If you still want to call me then you can reach me on +[protected]. I have left the Reliance sim at home.

Since I had initially requested to deactivate the services on 03-Sep-2016 by sending an email to your customer care @ [protected]@relianceada.com for which I have not got any positive response, I would also want the charges to be waived off.

Updated by srinivasadki I have already emailed on the same mail id a month ago requesting them to deactivate the services after explaining the situation. I have clearly mentioned that in my previous comment and I think you have not read that before responding. Anyways, I will do it again and see whether your guys would act on it or not.

I dont want anyone to get in touch with me and waste time in the process. I want the services to stop. Period.

Updated by srinivasadki I have already emailed as per your request but do not see any action taken from your end. Is it a big task to terminate the services? Also, I have not spoken to your customer care, it was my father who spoke with them. Even my father has clearly requested them to stop the services.

Can you do this?
