Reliance Communications — Not getting 1 Gb/month for my lifetime plan 3001

I have done a life time recharge 3001 to my no[protected] in this plan every month i will get 1GB data but l feel from last two months onwards i am not able to get 1GB data before using 1 GB all data are drained and become zero balance please check and rectify this issue contact number jose anoob [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Recharge with 5 or 10 or 20rs. I did the as suggest ed by customer service. It worked like charm.
