Reliance Communications — not getting the benefit of std recharges

This is 2nd time I m registering the complaint .I have made recharge of rs 36 which is for std call in which the call rates get 35 ps. per min .I have done this recharge twice 1st on 18th feb and then on 3rd march .but still I m being charged 64 ps per min .and my extra balance I consumed .kindly look forward to the matter and take necessary action and refund my extra balance deducted and I should get the benefit of making this 36rs recharge.
