Reliance Communications — Not getting the speed at all even after complaining twice | |||||
Dear reliance, I am mr. mohan r bobade using a reliance 4g|lte wi-pod with number [protected] and my billing cycle will end on 18 of every month. but from 18/7/2016 i'm not getting the actual 4g speed and i'm not using even 1% of my high speed quota i. e of 10gb. moreover i'm getting downloding speed = 30kbps and uploading speed = 120kbps which is horrable. I complaint about the same twice with complaint no.[protected], and test the speed on http://speedtest.net.in/ as suggested by the operator, but the result is same. he assure me to resolve the problem, but still the problem remains same. i'm suffering alot with this, please resolve the problem. I am facing exactly same issue. Any update ? They already closed one complaint and created another one. I am sure this is never ending situation. They have some saved sentences. Please be online. Thank you for being online. Is xxx correct no ? I will create a complain, should be resolved in 3 days. Please be patient, your issue will be resolved in 3 days.
They ask to switch off/on device. But it seems they need to restart their tower.
