[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not given data balance | |||||
Sir, I have done recharge on my no. [protected] after seeing offer just before the recharge of Rs 275 which has offer of 1GB extra data balance on my no. after 2GB but not received as 4 days gone. I have contacted customer care they said send me mail with screenshot of offer after that I will look into the matter why you not received the extra 1GB data balance. Sir I have send mail so many times to customer care with full details of issues and screenshot but no response of my mail up to now. I am sending screenshots of offer and mail too you also. I get a message on 13 dec 2015 recharge with rs89 and get 1gb 3g data for 28days and then i recharge with rs89 a message come recharge success but benifit was not still credit in my account i try to call costumercare but i do every thing i try more then 100 times to speak to a costumer care but hare not a way to talk to costumercare a complaint i give through internet but still not any progress what should i do i cant understand only one way is left that left that relaince is a very bad
This is not good...why you sent me message for my number if you don't give
benefit, this is cheating from reliance . This is not good way if you are
doing this with reliance customer . Before recharge you say benefit will be
given but after recharge you don't give benefit and say anything to
customer, as said to me that it is lucky draw offer it will be may not be
given also, these all things are not mention in message that it is lucky
draw offer, see in attach screenshot it is not mention.
Totally cheating customer by sending offer message and after they recharge
