Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that I requested for May'15 bill on mail last 3 days regularly to your customer executive, but they told that he have sent the same. I told Yasir that 13th May is my last due date of bill, then I requested for transfer that call to his senior but he also not provided the above request. Kindly see the same and solve the same. Updated by abhishek001tiwari Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I requested for July'15 bill on mail last 9 days regularly to your customer executive, but they told that he have sent the same. I told Dharmendra that 14th August is my last due date of bill, then I requested for transfer that call to his senior but he also not provided the above request. Kindly see the same and resolve it, this is the third time which I am facing this type of problem. If the same problem will occur in next month, I cannot pay the bill and disconnect the connection.
