Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that I requested for May'15 bill on mail last 3 days regularly to your customer executive, but they told that he have sent the same. I told Yasir that 13th May is my last due date of bill, then I requested for transfer that call to his senior but he also not provided the above request. Kindly see the same and solve the same.
