Reliance Communications — Not received 4g dongle and terminate existing data card (net connect) | |||
Sir i am consumer of rilance data connection no. [protected] since lat 2 year, however, reliance has shifted to 4g and not providing any other dongle or data card in lieu of old data card / net connect for existing customer. It is requested that reliance may be provide free of cost 4g data card to the existing customer or they should be provide continue 3g net connect to the customer already purchase on payment. . I have send mail during 27 or 28 may to send 4g dongle in my address as i m existing post paid customer. But i have not received. Previously i was informed by reliance web that rs.899/- will be charged for new 4g dongle, however, on visiting to the reliance customer centre it is found rs.1700/- which is not understood. Please provide me 4g dongle costing of rs.899/- or my old net connect be continue till i have not providing new data card (I. Pot). I will not pay last bill till i will not providing 4g data card with rs. 899/- Was this information helpful? | |||

till the time my data card problem not solve reliance should start my old data net connect immediately as i am facing hardship with out net connect. Subsequently service charging by the reliance
