[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not receiving the Bill - Neither hard nor soft copy | |||
I have not received the bill/e-bill for the broadband connection I am using, I have received phone calls from the customer representative asking me to submit the bill amount however on sharing the issue (bill not received) received response like 'we regret for the inconvenience caused, kindly confirm your email id, we would send you the soft copy or e-bill'. Also, today at 12:30 PM I received the call from them for the second time and they gave me the same assurance. I just don't understand how much time it takes to send the bill via email? I would request, kindly send the e-bill provided by me and in case you guys are planning to add the penalty charges then it would be a shame. Kindly send me the e-bill by the EOD.
