[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Not refunding the Wipod amount

I bought the reliance Wipod device on Nov'15 from a sales person and he informed that refund is possible.

Now Reliance had closed the CDMA service i.e. Wipod from Aug'16 i.e. within 9 months from the month i bought. What i will do with this device now? It is the closure from Reliance side and they have to take back the device and refund the money which I paid Rs.1600.

I wrote several mails and they are not ready to pay the money back.
