Dear sir/madam, i am using reliance network dongle from sep -15, bought by rs.2000 (My network number - [protected]) i received call from reliance customer care 19th july 11.30 am. They are claim cdmi to 4g up gradation is compulsory, i have raised about my rs.2000 dongle investment? They are confirmed i can get special offer rs.799 - new dongle by door delivery next 2 days cash on delivery, but i could not received dongle even i have complaint so many times no response (Complaint number ;[protected], aug 1st week my connection automatically disconnected, my actual balance is july - aug = rs.670, due to complaint not resolved i was purposely hold the bill, now they are claiming bill amount rs.1420. I am getting call from reliance communication and they are threatening ([protected]) calling from high court and complaint about me, if i not pay i could arrest.
